1. As from 1st January, when riders renew their membership subscriptions, they will be re-registered with the team for which they rode in the preceding year. A free transfer to another County team is permitted only between 1st January and 30th April providing the rider submits a free transfer form duly completed and signed by both County Representatives involved in the transfer to the MGA Office. 2. Any new member joining the Association may choose to register with a team. If they do not wish to choose a team initially, they will be registered under the heading "Sundries". Should a rider on the "Sundries" list ever ride for a County team as a Borrowed Rider, they then become a member of that team.
3. A rider may transfer once in a season between 1st May and 30th June, provided that both County Representatives involved sign the appropriate transfer form. The transfer form should be sent to the MGA Office together with the Transfer Fee of £50.00. (This fee is only applicable to transfers made between 1st May and 30th June in any year). 4. No transfers between teams will be permitted after 30th June.
