2025 LEAGUE

All teams will take part in the League system for the 2025 season at the following shows

12th & 13th April Scottish Championships

29th & 30th April Spring Championships

14th & 15th June UK Masters

28th & 29th June Welsh Championships

23rd – 25th August Inter Counties

Winners of all Age Groups will receive £500 & Rugs

Open – Qualification into 2026 Home International *including entry fee

(2026 HI League Champions Team MUST consist of at least 3 members from previous year)

U18, U15 & U12 – Hoodies

SUMMARY OF THE RULES

All teams will receive 10 points for attending a league competition.

The lowest placed team will receive 1 point, 2nd lowest team 2 points and so on. The

winners of that competition will receive the number of points of teams competing in that

age group.

The 8 highest placed teams will also be awarded bonus points: 1st – 10pts, 2nd -8pts, 3rd –

6pts, 4th – 5pts, 5th – 4pts, 6th – 3pts, 7th – 2pts, 8th – 1pt.

For example; if there are 25 teams, then the championship winners will receive 45 league

points and the lowest placed team will receive 11 points.

Teams will be deducted 5 points for any guest/temporary/sundry rider they use at any

League Show. The Show Organiser must be informed prior to the event of any

guest/temporary riders.

If a team has to pull out for a medical or veterinary reason mid-event meaning that they

cannot field at least 4 rider and pony combinations, they score the lowest League points

available in the League they are in.

Any team which does not provide an Assistant Referee for the Final which they are

scheduled to officiate in will be deducted 5 League points from the show.
